Screen Printing Technician

We are looking to hire a talented screen printer with an eye for detail to oversee our company’s screen printing process. As a lead screen printer, you will be responsible for creating the printing design pattern, mixing the correct ink colors, loading the screen onto the printer, producing the final printed articles, and cleaning the machine after each batch. You may also be required to dry and fold the final printed articles before they are packaged and sent to the customer.

To ensure success as a screen printer, you should exhibit advanced artistic skills, be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with manual labor, and have excellent hand-eye coordination. Ultimately, a top-level screen printer can create beautifully designed articles that fully meet the customer’s specifications.

Chúng tôi đang tìm cách thuê một thợ in màn hình tài năng có con mắt quan sát chi tiết để giám sát quy trình in màn hình của công ty chúng tôi. Screen Printer Responsibilities:

• Receiving work order jobs for screen printing.
• Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.
• Designing screen patterns according to customer specifications.
• Selecting screen size, degreasing agents, and emulsion coatings.
• Loading screens into the printer.
• Installing and repositioning screen printing plates and pressure roles.
• Calibrating printer before the batch is printed.
• Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process.
• Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
• Drying, folding, and packing completed articles after the run.

• Kiểm tra các lệnh sản xuất để xác định thời gian in, mực và số lượng vật liệu ước tính.

• Lựa chọn kích thước màn hình, chất tẩy nhờn và lớp phủ nhũ tương.
• Đang tải màn hình vào máy in.
• Lắp đặt và định vị lại các tấm in lụa và role áp suất.
• Cân chỉnh máy in trước khi in lô hàng.
• Chạy bản in và thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng trong suốt quá trình in.
• Xử lý sự cố khi phát sinh.
• Sấy, gấp, đóng gói đồ hoàn thiện sau khi chạy.

Screen Printer Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Previous work experience as a screen printer.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• High level of creative and artistic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day.
• Ability to manually operate large machinery.
• Ability to work alone for long shifts.

• Khả năng làm việc độc lập ca dài.

**Working time from 8:00AM to 17:00AM (Weekdays & Saturdays). Lunch time 12:00PM to 13:00PM

• 2 Saturdays and 4 Sundays off
• Daily meal allowance & Overtime meal allowance provided.
• Enjoy annual leave, participate in social insurance according to labor law.
• Salary $700-900 per month
• Candidate preferred location in Nhon Trach

Work location: Nguyen Ai Quoc street, Nhon Trach Industrial Zone 3 – phase2, Hiep Phuoc Town, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai province

Có nhiệm vụ báo cáo trực tiếp cho quản lý sản xuất

– Đọc và hiểu bản vẽ gia công chi tiết

– Biết sử dụng các dụng cụ gá đặt và dụng cụ kiểm tra chi tiết gia công.

– Vận hành các máy gia công cơ khí CNC ( máy cắt…)

– Thay đổi căn chỉnh công đoạn các mã hàng

– Lập trình gia công

– Kiểm soát chất lượng hàng,xử lí sự cố khi có lỗi phát sinh trong các công đoạn

– Các công việc liên quan đến cơ khí kỹ thuật.

*** Quyền lợi

– Thời gian làm việc từ 8:00AM đến 17:00AM

–  4 Chủ nhật và 2 ngày nghỉ thứ 7

– Phụ cấp tiền ăn hằng ngày và tiền ăn tăng ca

– Được hưởng phép hàng năm, tham gia BHXH theo luật lao động quy định.
